Maddy Nowosad is a Manitoba‑based photographer whose work centers on documentary, narrative, sport, and community.

​

Fascinated by cameras and family archives from a young age, Maddy has built a practice rooted in curiosity and a love for capturing people in their element. With experience spanning portraiture, events, sports, and community‑driven projects, Maddy brings a thoughtful presence to every assignment.

​

Maddy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Rhetoric and Communications and is currently a Master of Human Rights student.

​

Beyond creative work, Maddy has been recognized for 2SLGBTQ+ community advocacy and efforts toward advancing equity in skateboarding.
